LAVA operates in a 45.000 sqm state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, combining 40 years of experience with modern enameling and iron casting technologies. Moreover, because LAVA cast iron cookware's manufacturing depends heavily on artisanship, each product is unique and may have minor differences in its enamel coating. However, these differences do not affect the product's composition, quality, or performance.

Produced with non-cancerogenic 100% recyclable materials and wholly coated with enamel, LAVA cast iron cookware is highly durable and functional; and can be used for cooking, storing, and presentation. Use

Holding a significant role in the history of metallurgy and civilization, cast iron also has had a prominent place in cooking functions. LAVA combines the rich history of iron casting and modern designs to create cookware for the contemporary kitchen. While suitable for all cooking techniques, LAVA cast iron cookware has an outstanding performance in slow cooking and sealing. In addition, LAVA cast iron cookware produces delicious meals and conserves nutrients when the cooking techniques are executed correctly. For example, LAVA Cast Iron Casseroles' spiked lid design collects the steam from cooking, condenses, and limits the loss of vitamins and minerals.

Moreover, LAVA cast iron cookware efficiently conserves heat. Because LAVA cast iron cookware has high heat-retaining qualities, we advise using low-medium heat levels while cooking on the stovetop or in the oven. Besides, you can serve your meals for a second time when LAVA cast iron cookware is stored with its lid closed. That way, you can both save time and energy.

Warranty

• The warranty period starts on the product's delivery date and is 2 (two) years.
• The warranty of our company covers the product, including all parts.
• In case of a product failure within the warranty period, the time elapsed during repair is added to the warranty period. The product's repair period is a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days. This period starts upon the buyer's notification for repair to the service station or to the seller, dealer, agency, representation office, importer, or manufacturer of the product. If the repair of the industrial product is not completed within 15 working days, the manufacturer or the importer is obliged to allocate the consumer with another industrial product with the same particulars as the product in question until the repair is completed.
• If the product fails due to workmanship or material faults within the warranty period, the repair certificate, workmanship costs, replaced spare part fee, or any other fee under any name and denomination will not be charged to the buyer.
• The failures caused by the use of the product in a manner that does not follow the instructions in the user instructions are not covered by warranty. 
• Although the consumer used their right of repair, they may ask for the replacement of the product as free of charge, refund of the fee of the product, or reduction in the fee in proportion to the fault rate of the product in case of the following events: 

a. The exact failure is experienced more than twice (2) in the same year within the warranty period; various failures are experienced more than four (4) times during the same year within the warranty period; various failures are observed more than six (6) times and results in the inability to use the products permanently within the      warranty period. 
b. The maximum period required for repair is exceeded. 
c. It is determined by the report to be issued by the service station and, in case there is no service station, by the seller, dealer, agency, representation office, importer, or the manufacturer/producer of the product respectively, that it is impossible to repair the product.
•Failures resulting from consumer use that does not comply with the user instructions are not covered by warranty. 
• For issues concerning the warranty or installation, an application may be filed to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Consumers and Competition in Turkey.

Warranty and Repair Period
The warranty period starts on the product's delivery date and is two (2) years. The repair period of the product at an authorized repair and maintenance service is thirty (30) working days.
 

Events Not Covered by Warranty
1. Faults that might arise during the use of the product
2. Damages that might be caused by dropping and/or impact
3. Stains, discoloration, or scratches in or on the product, caused the product use
