Ingredients:
500 grams of lamb liver
2 onions
2 green peppers
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of thyme (optional)
Instructions:
Clean the liver and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Slice the onions into half-moons and the peppers into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sauté lightly.
Add the peppers and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
Add the liver and cook on medium heat for about 6–8 minutes.
Add spices and salt, cook for a few more minutes.
Serve hot. You can serve it with rice or flatbread.
