The Gift Card can be used in all product categories on lavashops.com. You can choose the amount you want to load onto the Gift Card from the available options. If you need a different balance, you can contact our customer service, and a custom balance can be assigned to you.

After purchasing the Gift Card, a digital card will be sent to the email address you provided.

You can request the Gift Card to be sent to your own email address or to the email address of the person you wish to gift it to. You can also track the delivery details through your own LAVA account.

LAVA Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. The Gift Card user ("Cardholder") agrees, declares, and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions when using the LAVA Gift Card ("Card"/"Gift Card"). If the Gift Card is used by a third party, either with the consent of the cardholder or without, those third parties will also be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of products sold on the lavashops.com online store and/or through the lavashops.com mobile application.

3. The personal data you share with us when purchasing, sending, or using the Gift Card will be processed by lavashops.com for the purpose of creating the Gift Card, delivering it to the recipient, and ensuring that the card is used by the correct person. The collected personal data may be transferred in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as applicable, on the lavashops.com website. 4. The Gift Card remains the property of the issuer. The ownership of the card purchased through the online website or mobile application belongs to LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. (Tax ID: Sultanbeyli Tax Office / 178 069 4027). The cardholder is the temporary holder of the card. In case of loss, the card cannot be tracked, canceled, or refunded. The cardholder must securely protect the card and any associated information such as a code, CVV, password, or other required details and take precautions to prevent misuse by others.

5. The card has an 18-digit card number on the front. If you encounter any issues with the digital card delivered to you, please contact Customer Service immediately.

6. If the card is lost, stolen, or used by unauthorized third parties, the responsibility lies with the cardholder. In case of loss or theft, the balance on the card will not be refunded or exchanged for a new card. Presenting the sales receipt or payment receipt will not entitle you to a refund or exchange of the card. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. is not responsible for unauthorized or stolen card usage. Cards obtained through illegal means will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted for product purchases, nor will the amount on these cards be refunded.

7. The card is only valid in Turkey and can be used by the cardholder to purchase products from the lavashops.com website and mobile applications. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. reserves the right to change the countries, stores, products, or sales channels where the card can be used at any time without prior notice.

8. The cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the card features cannot be altered after application, and the card cannot be copied, photocopied, or shared with third parties. Any violation of this will make the cardholder solely responsible for any resulting damages.

9. The card value can be paid using any payment method accepted on the lavashops.com website and mobile applications. The Gift Card cannot be paid using another Gift Card.

10. Gift Cards do not have a cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash advance can be provided from any part of the balance loaded onto the card. The amount loaded onto the card cannot be converted into cash, transferred, or loaded onto another card. The remaining balance on the card cannot be refunded.

11. The value of the card is the amount loaded onto it at the time of issuance. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. may set minimum and maximum limits for loading the card, and no amount can be loaded outside these limits. The card cannot be loaded in installments. The amounts loaded onto the card are based on the records of LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. Gift Cards are not credit cards, debit cards, checks, or guarantee cards, and the balance does not earn any interest.

12. Cards with no spending activity can be returned to the purchaser ("Card Purchaser") under the following conditions and within the applicable legal period:

A. The card purchased through the LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. website or mobile application can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

B. The amount paid for the card will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For the return, the original sales receipt or return document and, if applicable, the payment card and payment receipt must be presented.

13. Products purchased using the Gift Card from the lavashops.com website or mobile application will be subject to the purchasing conditions specified on the website.

14. Products purchased with the Gift Card from the lavashops.com website or mobile application may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date in accordance with the applicable regulations.

15. If a product purchased using the Gift Card is returned, no cash refund will be provided; however, the Gift Card used in the transaction may be reloaded with the refund amount. In cases where both the Gift Card and credit/debit cards were used to purchase products, if one or more items are returned, the refund will be processed primarily to the credit/debit card.

16. The Gift Card is valid for 10 (ten) years from the date it is delivered to the recipient. After this period, the card will not be renewed, cannot be used for purchases, and the remaining unused balance will not be refunded. Any balance remaining after this period will not be refunded, and the cardholder may not make any claims. The Gift Card code is a one-time use balance code and will be invalidated after the first use.

17. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. is not responsible for:

18. System malfunctions and deficiencies;

19. Delays in the transmission of information and data due to system issues or data loss;

20. Incorrect details provided by the card purchaser about the recipient of the card;

21. Failure to deliver the card to the specified email address;

22. The card being classified as spam or junk email by the recipient’s email service.

23. The Gift Card will not be used for the advertisement or promotion of third-party products or services without written permission from LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş.

24. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Gift Card Terms and Conditions by posting the updated version on the website, based on the following reasons:

25. Updates to existing systems, market conditions, changes in methods, or the availability of service updates or improvements;

26. Any situation deemed necessary by LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş.;

27. Compliance with changing legal regulations.

28. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card constitutes the full acceptance of the terms and conditions presented at the time of purchase, which are also available on the LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. "lavashops.com" website and mobile application. LAVA METAL DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. reserves the right to change these terms at any time and cancel the program.
